Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Dispatch & Delivery

All goods ordered via this website are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Our delivery agents/couriers will require a signature upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery is usually next day, however please allow 5 working days (10 working days for International Customers) before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for the Post Office to deliver, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item/s to us.

We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of receipt as most items are in stock, but please allow 7-10 days.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.

Refunds & Returns

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing via email to customerservices@nicocig.co.uk if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with the buyers purchase. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective. Alternatively the buyer has the option to request a replacement for the good/goods ordered.

Refunds cannot be offered for goods if they are in working condition. If the buyer believes the goods are faulty the seller reserves the right to inspect the goods before issuing a refund. If the goods are deemed to be in working condition they will be returned to the buyer at the buyers cost. (Postage charges if any will apply again.)

Availability

Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If your choice of product is not available we will contact you to offer the following options:

  1. Alternative product – if the product is less in value then a partial refund will be arranged – if the product is more in value then additional payment will be required.
  2. A delay until the product becomes available.
  3. A refund to the value of the missing product plus any relevant consequential losses.
  4. Cancellation of the entire order and a full refund.

If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to provide suitable alternative products at no extra charge. It is very important that you give us your correct contact details during the order process.
