We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of receipt as most items are in stock, but please allow 7-10 days.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery is usually as stated above, however please allow 5 working days before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for Parcelforce/ DHL to deliver, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item/s to us.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
Orders over £1,000
We are unable to accept orders of over £1,000 online (including multiple orders adding up to that amount over a short period). If you would like to place a large order, please call our customer services team on 0121 382 2285 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We’ll be happy to help you.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0121 382 2285 within 7 working days and we will aim to arrange a replacement.
Please note that Royal Mail & Parcel Force impose restrictions on the shipping of e-cigarette starter kits that contain batteries, and batteries sold separately as replacements. If you are returning electronic cigarette devices with the battery installed, each parcel must not contain more than 2 batteries. If you are only returning replacement batteries, each parcel must not contain more than 4 batteries. Furthermore, the total weight of the batteries per parcel cannot exceed 5kgs. For further details, consumers should refer to the "Prohibitions and Restrictions" sections of the Royal Mail and Parcel Force websites.
